6. AI-Generated Output

• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs;
• JAM Design LLC does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose;
• By using AI features, you grant us a limited right to process input data solely to provide results.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment. Fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. Upon termination, your right to access the Services immediately ceases.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation.
